Create and Collaborate with Ease and Style

One of the most challenging things about being a busy professional is keeping my life and work in order while trying to juggle the many competing demands that tug at me daily. If you are anything like me, you seek creative inspiration and thrive on collaboration.

I couldn’t help but to share two new tools that are now in my toolbox for effectively managing my notes, collaborating with others and tapping into my creativity.

Tool #1 – the Jot Pro Stylus

While speaking to a wonderful group of employees at Randstad during a leadership retreat, I was introduced to the Jot Pro stylus by a smart and classy participant named Emily Elder. While presenting to the group, my eyes kept wandering over to Emily as she took notes on her iPad with ease and efficiency. I couldn’t help but wonder what tools she was using. At the end of the day she shared her wonderful little secret with me and to my surprise, gifted me with my very first Jot Pro stylus.

Simply put, Jot Pro is a first-class stylus for iPad. The sound dampening tip simulates natural pen and paper contact for a smoother and quieter stroke. The rubber grip provides comfort while the sleek brushed aluminum and steel shines in all four colors. To top it off, it magnetically attaches to your iPad for storage and transport.

Tool #2 – the Noteshelf App

Noteshelf, in my opinion, is the most beautiful note taking app ever designed for the iPad. Noteshelf is the handwriting note taker that features super natural digital ink, a stunning UI and a comprehensive toolset that will increase the benefits of owning an iPad by leaps and bounds. Over 600,000 iPad owners around the world have ditched their paper based notebooks after getting Noteshelf. I love the calligraphy pen and this app really does inspire me to be more creative. You have to check out Noteshelf app in the itunes app store.

The older version was noisy every time the stylus tip tapped the screen, and there was something not quite right about how it felt on the screen.

I like the changes and improvement they made on the tip and consider it my favorite iPad stylus on the market today. They reduced the harshness and the loud tap every time that the disc touches your iPad screen with Jot Pro
